How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for all of New Zealand including Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands.

Australian orders are shipped from a third party distributor in Sydney. There are flat rate prices per state for orders under $120AUD. All Australian orders above $120 get free shipping.

How long does shipping take?

This really depends on your location!

We process orders Monday to Friday and aim to get orders processed on the same day.

In New Zealand via NZ Post, shipping generally takes 2-3 days for urban areas but can take up to 10 days to rural locations.

Our Australian warehouse is located in Sydney, so shipping times depend on where you are in the country relative to this. We use a variety of different shipping services within Australia depending on where you are.
